On Receipt of Goods


Please check all goods carefully on receipt and report FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS as soon as possible.


If you receive goods you consider to be faulty/ damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for guidance. We will either replace the item at our cost or refund you in full.


Damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the goods.


Cancelled Orders


In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel an order and reject the goods provided you notify us by email within 7 days of delivery. Mobility Bathroom Supplies are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after that period. You do not have the right to cancel any goods made to your specifications and considered bespoke. On receipt of your email we will ask you to complete a returns form to aid tracking and processing of your return.


A re-stocking fee may apply. Many of the items we list are heavy and so carriage can be quite expensive. For returned items, a re-stocking & Carriage fee may apply. If you need to know the exact cost of restocking for a particular item, email us for details. Larger items are usually subject to a restocking charge of £25 - £40.


It is your responsibility to ensure that returned item(s) reach us in good condition. You are also required to pay for the cost of returning any goods returned. If however your are returning goods on the basis that they may be faulty and this claim is upheld by us, we will refund you for your postage costs.

Please ensure that you return the items exactly as you have received them i.e.: in the original packaging. If you are returning the items via a Courier or Royal Mail, please make sure that the items are in an outer box or a jiffy bag. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Mobility Bathroom Supplies reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
We do NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out adequate carrier insurance.
Do not write on or put labels on the original product packaging.


If you order the wrong product, we will do everything we can to help you rectify the situation but Mobility Bathroom Supplies cannot be liable for any additional expenses that are incurred. For many items listed on this web site the suppliers enforce a re-stocking charge of up to 40% to take back the original item. Please ensure that you order the correct product to help avoid these charges. If you are in doubt, please contact us.


Important Guidelines


• All goods should be checked upon receipt, and notification of any problems should be received as soon as is reasonable.


• Delivery dates given are APPROXIMATE and subject to alteration upon product availability.


• Mobility Bathroom Supplies cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In the light of this Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.


• Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. Our Couriers will only assist with the unloading from their vehicles and will not enter your Property.
