Free Delivery offer only applies to UK mainland orders only.

NEXT WORKING DAY OR 48 HR DELIVERY OFFER APPLIES TO ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 11.45AM.

Orders received after 11.45 on a Friday will be processed immediately but you should not expect delivery until the following Tuesday.

Orders for made to measure, bespoke products need to be received by 10:30am for a next day delivery. Orders after this time will need one extra day added to the lead time.

Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. If there is a delay in your payment clearing, the order will not be dispatched until the payment clears. We will email or phone you to advise you of any such delays.

If there is a problem with our orders being delayed we will email or phone you to advise you of any such problems.

Deliveries are made by a third party company and occasionally circumstances beyond our control result in deliveries not being made on the next working day. This is a very rare occurrence but we advise that Mobilty Bathroom Supplies cannot take responsibility for this but we work closely with our business partners to ensure that this rarely occurs.

Mobilty Bathroom Supplies cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. In the light of this Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.

Please note: For deliveries to an address other than the payment cards registered address, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
